Villa Kulla is in an enviable position central to the centre of Kalkan, yet also at the end of a cul-de-sac position, so quiet and undisturbed. You are literally a 2-minute walk from the fabulous sophisticated Kalkan centre with all the restaurants and shops. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, such as a safe, mosquito screens on the windows, full air conditioning throughout, plenty of comfy areas outside hence the bean bags, sofa and chairs, and sunbeds. For families with small children or babies, there is also have a cot and high chair. To keep the kids entertained (young and old), there is an Xbox, free wi-fi, plus a selection of books if you run out.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. Plus, separate guest Wc

The living area has enough seating to comfortably seat 8 people and includes Large flat screen satellite TV. Free wi-fi, Xbox with games, DVD player and films Books. Large floor to ceiling glass doors leads directly on to the pool terrace

The spacious kitchen area is fully equipped and includes large fridge freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven and hob

The first floor has two bedrooms and separate family bathroom with shower

The second floor has a double en-suite sea view bedroom, plus access to a further floor housing the attic style master en-suite double bedroom with bags of space and large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views, where you can see the Old Town and harbour.

“Beautiful villa”

Stayed at villa Honeysuckle with extended family, the villa was in an excellent position with wonderful views but only 10 minute walk to the town. Walking down town or to the harbour is easy but the walk back is all up hill (then again everything in Kalkan is up hill) . All the rooms were comfortable and clean with air conditioning , but having our own pool was amazing, being able to go into the pool any time of night or day was fantastic, and the pool man came every day to clean it. We all had a wonderful holiday and we would definately go back.
