Description
PineTree Villa is a beautiful, modern 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom fully air conditioned home with its own private infinity pool. Located on a quiet residential road in Kalamar Bay it features spectacular sea views. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk to Kalamar Bay beach club which offers fantastic water sports and scuba diving facilities. It is also no more than a 5 minute walk to the local bars, restaurants and supermarket.
Ideal for two families.
It is a 15 minute stroll to the harbour town of Kalkan which boasts many shops and fine restaurants. The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages.There is no need for a car.
A BBQ is situated near to the outdoor shaded dining area which comfortably seats 8 people. 2 olive trees give some welcome shade on the pool terrace.
The living room patio doors open onto another seated shaded area which overlooks the pool.
Inside the villa is an open plan living area with an L shaped sofa, fireplace and TV/DVD and Bose docking station
The villa has unlimited WiFi as well as a complete Sky TV package including Sky Sports and Sky Movies as well as UK TV channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar area with coffee machine.
The villa has one downstairs bedroom with bathroom opposite. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a spacious bathroom with walk in shower.
The master bedroom has a balcony with a double day bed from which to enjoy the spectacular sea views or incredible stars by night.

“Lovely spacious villa in a great position”
Pine Tree Villa is in a great location. There are great views across Kalamar bay, a short walk from restaurants and small supermarkets, yet in a quiet road. The villa is spacious and very well maintained. There are 2 double bedrooms and two twin ones, and three shower rooms. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The outdoor space is particularly good, with a lovely pool, a space for loungers, with the natural shade of an olive tree. There are two 'break out' areas to relax in, as well dining space. Outside lighting helps provide a great ambience. Onur and his family look after the villa, and could not be more friendly and helpful. The owner, Howard, gave us some very useful advice and suggestions. We enjoyed the Kalamar beach club just down the road, although it is a little expensive. The Kulube one also near by has less to offer but is good. Indigo beach club in Kalakan has more to offer and has good food. We would recommend Salanika, Korsan Meze, Sade and Baharat restaurants, and Botanik Garden for drinks in Kalkan. Taxi into Kalkan is only 20 lira. Baba taxis are very reliable, always on time picking us up on time for any return journeys out and about. We thoroughly recommend Pine Tree Villa and Kalamar/Kalkan.

“First Visit to Kalkan But Not The Last.”
Just returned home from a two week stay at this stunning Villa spacious rooms tastefully decorated with lovely finishing touches both inside and out,everything you could possibly want was supplied.Drinking our coffee while watching the sunrise over the beautiful Kalama Bay (fantastic views )alfresco dining supplied by Vita restaurant when you fancied a lazy evening in after an even lazier day spent by the pool relaxing under the shade of the olive tree (ha bliss)what more could you wish for,so many great restaurants to choose from near by and a short taxi trip away at a reasonable price you also have the village and harbour restaurants along with a variety of shops.Howard the owner supplied us with all information we needed and was only a phone call away a very pleasant person to talk to and nothing was to much trouble,the Turkish family who look after the Villa tending garden pool etc where very pleasant Onur the son was very helpful if you needed anything doing or fetching he was always obliging a very nice young man.
