Description
Villa Sonbahar Evi is a beautiful traditional designed detached villa which offers ample accommodation for up to 6 people. The Villa is located on the Taurus Mountain hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay and is 10-15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and Kalkan Old town.
There are two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor which have there own patio doors on to the balcony with seating with wonderful views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets to watch. The third roof-top bedroom is ensuite and patio doors opens on to a roof terrace with Sofa seating to watch those beautiful sunsets and stunning sea views and of Kalkan Bay and all rooms have air conditioning.
Both twin bedrooms can also become two doubles for couples.
All the windows and doors have mosquito screening.
The ground floor comprises a kitchen-diner which has been newly fitted and fully updated and is all fully equipped with all the essentials. Along with a open plan lounge which has been recently updated dining area has seating for six.
We have a amazon fire stick for our guest to use and login to account. Also a CD player with plenty of cds to choose from.
Patio doors for easy access to terrace and pool, and cooking with sea-views.
Outside there is a large private gradient pool with steps pool and terrace have been recently refurbished with an outside shower available. The shaded veranda terrace, which is gated is ideal for children. It also has a table and chairs for Al fresco dining with a BBQ, great in the summer to watch the sun go down. Surrounding the villa is a shaded garden with lovely plants and trees.
The villa is ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing stress free holiday.
High chair and cot are available at the Villa. On arrival to help you settle in you will be provided with a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter, juice etc. Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice & local knowledge. All towels and linen provided, pool and garden cleaned on a daily basis.
Villa Sonbahar benefits from having three water storage tanks should the mains supply be off in summer if there is a water problem. There is a secure garage for car parking before you enter the villa.
Kalkan has several banks (with ATM machines), post office, doctors surgery, pharmacies, supermarkets and the usual array of shops selling jewellery, shoes/handbags, ceramics, paintings and carpets. Villa Sonbahar is our holiday home we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do when you book this villa and be charmed by Kalkan and it's people.
Conditions
Villa needs to be vacated by 10.30am unless agreed with owner prior to booking.
No smoking inside the villa.
No feeding cats on villa premises
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of price is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before departure.
We accept bookings for April for minimum two weeks only.
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
We can accept payments by cheque,bank transfer or credit card.
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer.
When booking a holiday please ensure you take out travel insurance which should cover you against cancellation - please check your policy for details.

“Amazing Villa”
We stayed at Villa Sonbahar for 2 weeks for our holiday this year and we loved every minute of it! The Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived and the swimming pool was a lovely size, also well kept and maintained every morning by a lovely lady called Ulknur. She also cleaned the villa and changed all the bedsheets bath towels after we’d been there for a week. We had everything we needed and was a nice walk downhill to the local shops and restaurants. The day after we arrived we had a lovely lady, Tracy who came over to talk us through where everything was and if we needed anything she was just a ‘what’s app’ away! So we were very well looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Villa for any family thinking of going to Kalkan, it was beautiful and had the most amazing, stunning views from the top terrace as well-great pictures with the sunset in the background! Gul was always very prompt with his correspondence whenever we were emailing and asking questions before we arrived. He was very helpful. A great time was had by all and we can’t recommend this highly enough.
