Description
A tasteful and exceptionally well-,equipped detached villa. Situated in a private cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Its tranquil and relaxing setting is south-facing with outstanding views from all four villa levels to Kalkan Bay, the harbour and town below. On one side of the villa is a terraced olive grove with a recently built single.villa. To the rear rise magnificent mountains.
Built on four levels to a high specification for the owner's personal use. This spacious villa is maintained to the highest level. It has the best of both worlds with top quality traditional Turkish materials, combined with modern architecture by a notable Ankara architect.
Outside, the secluded infinity pool combines with a jacuzzi doubling as a children's pool. There are numerous terraces for lounging and alfresco dining. A barbecue on the pool terrace level captures the stunning views and perfect cooking location. A large ottoman-style pergola provides relaxation and additional dining on the entrance-level terrace. The roof terrace is serviced by a separate kitchennette for extended relaxing and lounging. Wifi, telephone and tv satellite connections are inclusively provided.
The Villa has a dedicated management service and all care has been taken to ensure visitors are welcomed and offered local care and advice.
