Charming 3 bedroom villa (sleeps up to 7) on the very popular Falcon Villas site. It's small complex with a great pool and in an enviable central but peaceful location, with sea views from the villa and the pool area.
Details
Falcon Villas are three beautifully secluded properties on an exclusive site in a peaceful location very close to the centre of Kalkan, with great sea views from the pool area and the individual villas; every bedroom has a balcony with a sea view.
This one is:
Villa Falcon: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7 (two double, one twin and sofa bed, sofa bed in the lounge and child's bed in the main bedroom).
All have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom and bedroom balconies with sea views.
The kitchens in each villa are fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle.
Each villa has its own private terrace complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in case you decide to cook for yourself instead of just popping out to the myriad of local restaurants; there is also a barbecue.
A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in the lounge and each bedroom.
Falcon Villas can be booked individually or in any combination; please enquire if you wish to book more than one.

The Falcon Villas site is a genuine 5 minutes walk to the beach and one minute to the supermarket. There are 3 pharmacies nearby; also a dentist and doctor's clinic a few minutes' minutes walk from villas.
A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air conditioned (there are individual units in the lounge and both bedrooms).
The villas share a large communal pool, 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are sun loungers and pool side tables and chairs, a shower and toilet area by the pool.
Falcon Villas are family-run with a nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere making them ideal for families or friends that want to holiday together then retire to their own villa at night.

Villa Kalkan: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 (one double, one twin and a sofa bed, either in the lounge or double bedroom).
- Booking policy:
1. Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
2. We will then require a 30% booking deposit, together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
3. We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit, which will be returned to you after your holiday, provided there is no damage to the accommodation.
4. Prices are based on a maximum of 7 people sharing.
5. We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.
