The sitting room leads out to the pool terrace furnished with sun beds and shaded by a striking blue sail. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped however the highlight is without doubt the infinity pool with its stunning views.
Sliding doors open from the sitting room onto a large terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco and which enjoys spectacular views.
Villa has unbelieveable stunning kalkan sea views. Villa has been built modern and luxury and it provides luxurious accommodation with fantastic sea views. Villa has 6 Luxury bedrooms and all En-suite.
There is a local shops, green grocery and bakery near the villa just a few minutes by walking or drive.

“A fabulous villa for a large group”
11 of us stayed at Villa Bottecine (4 adults and 7 teenagers) for 10 nights and had a fabulous time. The villa was clean and spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The a/c worked well in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room, there was an abundance of space both inside and out and the swimming pool is a great size. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good outside bbq which we used on a few occasions. There is plenty of dining space inside and out as well as plenty of lounging space. The owner visited early every morning to service the pool and empty the bin and also delivered swimming pool towels to us on the first morning. The WiFi worked well and there is a good sized TV which the teenagers used to watch Netflix on a quiet evening. The view from the outside terrace is beautiful. The villa is up a hill and it is a 20 to 25 walk into the centre of Kalkan but a taxi back up at the end of the evening was not expensive. Taxis were readily available from the town centre. We actually appreciated the distance from town and being up a hill because it was a little cooler and also helped us to keep our teenagers under control! There are a few local shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes down the hill which is handy. It’s a hot walk in August but really not a problem. A car is recommended for grocery shopping purposes and if you want to leave Kalkan. There is lots to do in the vicinity - we enjoyed Saklıkent Kanyon, Patara Beach and a boat trip to see the sunken city and swim. We had a lovely time in the villa. No one had any grumbles. There is nothing that we would change and we would thoroughly recommend it.
