Privately owned, at the most stunning location in Kaş, a magnificent 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom penthouse. This luxury 180m2 penthouse on the Turkish Riviera is overlooking the old town, the beautiful harbour and has a fantastic Mediterranean view.

This apartment, with shared infinity pool, is built up the mountain at the top location of this town. Only 10 minute walk-down to the old square and all the nice restaurants and shops.

The penthouse sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms. Each room with private bathroom, balcony and air conditioning.

Well equipped kitchen with oven and dish washer.

Getting around

The town and nearest beach is a short walk downhill. For those who'd prefer to avoid the walk back up a taxi from town is about 7€. The local dolmus also stops further up the hill. Hiring a car is also relatively inexpensive and there is parking outside The Penthouse. The nearest airport is Dalaman (150km, 2 hours' drive) but Antalya is also a good alternative (200km, 3 hours' drive). It is possible to arrange private transfers or car hire from the airport if you wish.

Interaction with guest

My husband, Omer, and I live in Kas. We will be on hand throughout your stay should you need any assistance or have any issues. The keys to the apartment will be in a keybox so you can access the apartment out of office hours. I will provide the code to the keybox prior to your arrival. I will meet you at the apartment either on arrival or within 12hours of your arrival. We are happy to provide information about the area and arrange excursions if you wish.

How do damage deposits work?
