Description
Villa Troya is situated at the end of the exclusive Kas peninsula and has breath-taking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea view and over to the Greek Island of Meis. The private infinity pool and spacious sea view sun terrace are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the vista. The terrace is well equipped with sun beds, parasols and outside dining furniture so you can enjoy the sunsets with a drink or dine alfresco in the balmy summer evenings.
The interior is light and modern. The lower floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen at the far end, a dining area with seating for 6 and then a lounge area with TV and DVD player. The sliding patio doors allow direct access to the sun terrace from the kitchen, lounge or dining area. There is also a separate toilet at the entrance.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor all with sea views, private balconies and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
The villa is fully air conditioned and there is wi fi broadband.
