Our BRAND NEW Villas are located in the most beautiful part of Rhodes, the unspoiled countryside of Prasonisi! Located only 5 minutes from the beach and just a few steps from the lovely traditional village of Kattavia, they offer a private swimming pool, secure parking, barbecue and luxurious rooms. These are eco-friendly villas, decorated with natural stone. Private chef and daily maid service are available upon request.
Our luxury villas are closer than any other villa to the amazing and famous beach of Prasonisi! They are only 5 minutes far from this sandy paradise! Moreover, the beautiful beach of Apolakia is just 3 minutes driving from the villas, and the sandy beach of Plimmiri 8 km away. The traditional village of Kattavia, where you can find grocery store and restaurants, is just a few steps away. For big groups or families, up to 13 people, there's the option to book both of two neighboring villas, depending on the availability.
Situated in the South of Rhodes, many of the loveliest Greek Villages are in the area such as Lachania, and Kattavia. Prasonisi Villas benefit from a peaceful, tranquil environment.
The beauty of the surrounding countryside and the proximity of Prasonisi beach make these villas a great environment for both groups of friends or families to enjoy a relaxing time together.
The rental rates include:
Free use of air-condition (in every room), Satellite TV, Free WiFi / Internet Cable, Weekly house cleaning, Swimming Pool cleanings, Linen, Bath and Pool Towels, Slippers, Welcome pack with local products, all bills and utilities, VAT 5%, City Tax 2%.
Our villa Romeo has two queen bedrooms and one triple and it's decorated with natural stone and wood, which offer a warm atmosphere for relaxing. It can accommodate up to 7 people plus one baby (in a baby cot). All the bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has dish washer. The villa has two bathrooms with shower: The first is decorated with traditional and modern tiles and with a view to the pool, the second has natural pebbles in the shower, giving you the sense that you're a part of the surrounding nature. The villa has a lovely swimming pool with light blue mosaic, overflow with white marbles and marble stairs as well. Next to the pool there's a barbecue with charcoals, and shower. Villa Romeo is the front villa of Prasonisi Villas' Complex, and it's ideal if you're looking for sun, peace and relaxation, and you want at the same time to be very close to the beach and to the village (where you can find grocery store and restaurant).

“Very nice villa”
