Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Response from the manager Dear modiam, Thanks for your review rearding "Just Chillin'." It is a very nice house that is very close to the ocean and offered at a very reasonable price. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding these things you brought up in this review. We did in fact dispatch the pool and spa technician to your property to look at the hot tub the same day you called. The hot tub was working as it was designed and that was told to one of the guests in your party. We are sorry it was not as robust as you had hoped. The telephone voice mail system does pick up at 7 PM, and the message does actually direct our guests experiencing any problem to press a certain key and you are directed to the folks on duty. The office was open and we had staff here that night until 10 PM. To be frank we have someone on duty 24 hours daily so we think this must have been some sort of misunderstanding as we would have been happy to have brought you additional towels had we known of the issue prior to your call the next morning. We look forward to a smoother stay for you next time around. All the best! Tim
