Description
Our chalet has unlimited WiFi in the chalet. Indoor heated swimming pool booked 50 minute slots. Tennis court, table tennis, volleyball, children's play area included. West facing rear patio for afternoon sun. Additional upstairs toilet and hand basin. Full size comfortable beds. Cater for up to six, with dishwasher and washing machine. The high quality electric shower over bath in the downstairs bathroom. If you have younger children there are child safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and the vehicle free outside space. We provide a 43" Smart T.V.. Bring your children's bed time favourites on a USB stick or DVD and its just like home but by the sea. Relax and enjoy breakfast outside on the front and in the afternoon enjoy the sun on the rear patio. Later after a barbeque while the dishwasher does your washing up wind down and watch the evening sun drop behind the trees, and plan your next holiday in our chalet. Located in Kent within the White Cliffs Country on the coast between Dover and Deal, Kingsdown Park overlooks the English Channel in the charming seaside village of Kingsdown. Eat out in one of the three village pubs or further afield. We try to think of everything so you have the holiday you deserve.

Equipped for up to six people maximum. The accommodation is as follows:
Ground Floor - one rear bedroom with 90cm bunk beds and a rear dining room opening onto the patio with garden furniture for six. Spacious lounge with 2 leather sofas and French doors opening onto the front veranda decking. Bathroom, toilet, Mira ATL electric shower over bath and heated towel rail, kitchen with stainless steel twin cavity cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee maker. First Floor - accessed via a steep open plan staircase, with Kiddyguard stair gates at top and bottom; landing area with separate toilet and hand basin. The front bedroom with door from the landing has a double bed clothes hanging space and bedside draws. The rear bedroom with door from the landing has two 90cm single beds which can be pushed together to make a double if required and space for a cot and a Freesat T.V. DVD player. Equipment includes ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, hair dryer, high chair, travel cot, duvets and pillows - bed linen and bath towels at extra charge (£10 per bed £5 per bath towel for use in the chalet) are an option or bring your own if you prefer. The Chalet is all electric. Heating is via oil filled radiators. All electricity is by £1 coin meter set to match our electricity company tariff. Please leave the chalet clean and as you would wish to find it.
We will always try to meet your individual requirements. We also own next door 67 which may be available if this chalet isn't or if you require both. NB: Car Parking in private car park (permit from reception) 400 metres away from the chalet, no cars on the park. Trolleys provided to transport luggage on arrival and departure.

“Nice chalet”
