The villa is built at the edge of a wooded hill (30 m above sea level) in walking distance to the beach below. It offers amazing views of the mile long bay below and surrounding fields and forest. The free standing villa is set in a charming, unspoiled landscape with organic orchards and gardens. Secluded and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the picturesque locality's center with good restaurants, bars, shops. This truly unique residence stands out with the quality of its sophisticated design, the comfortable interior, relaxing outdoor and unique location. It has a large pool (8mx4.5m) and ample outdoor sitting areas. Modern, stylish furniture, bedrooms and lounge/diner are air conditioned. All amenities that you can expect from a top quality villa.
