Description

Tucked just outside of town but still close enough for easy access to all of Kodiak's many offerings. This executive vacation rental is a cozy respite at the end of a long day. The house features 3.5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a spacious living room, large kitchen includes breakfast bar and dining area. Roughly 1700 sq. ft. of space.

The back of th house is lined with decks overlooking a thick swath of spruce trees and small stream. A perfect spot to enjoy some fresh caught fish after a long day playing in Kodiak.

This executive vacation rental can comfortably accommodate 6 people with a maximim of 8 guests. Inquire about long term stays, government rates and military transfers.

It is over-selling to say it sleeps 9….kitchen has 4 forks, 4 spoons and 4 knives. Owner doesn’t respond to questions and cleaner arrived 1 hour before checkout

How do damage deposits work?

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
