Enjoy a comfort Stay on Rhodes at Tsampika House,
The house is Located only 300 meters from the beach and on walking distance of everything you need for a nice holidays and a comfortable stay. Build on 9000 sqm, the semi-detached houses surround a 130sqm swimming pool, which is filled up from the end of may til the end of september. There is aircondition on the ground floor & bedrooms.
There are patios in the front and on the back of the house and the rest of the land is green grass and some olive trees with mountain view. Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes Town, and is only four minutes from the village of Afandou with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course. It is a 2-floor cosy furnitured, new house.
A spacious livingroom, dining, kitchen on the groundfloor, with big window doors which you can open to enter your back patio. This patio is connected with the swimmingpool. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The house is brand new with all its comfort. The wooden ceilings and the furniture make it a cosy and pleasant place to stay

Response from the owner Dear Guest unfortunately the dates were not updated because, Tripadvisor, made the calendar available without informing us in order to update the prices. Unfortunately you made a request upon some dates that were not updated. We responded instantly to your request with the price given for the dates asked, and explaining the reason of the price error and apologised. We do not agree with your opinion and It is not fair for us for such a review as there is no foul play here or a con as you wrongly accusing us. We believe everyone with common sense can see that there was a price error showing on Tripadvisor! It is non reasonable for a 10 persons/ 3bedroom villa with a swimming pool, next to the beach can cost only €600 for 60 days in the highest season. Which is equal to €1 per day. NB! Furthermore it was a request and not a reservation, which we kindly and promptly replied with updated price. The same guest have left more than one review for exactly the same thing. Thank you for understanding.
