The Space

Enjoy a comfort Stay on Rhodes.

The house has a modern Greek-style house. Located only 300 meter from the beach and on walking distance of everything you need for a nice holidays and a comfortable stay.

Build on 9000 sqm, the semi-detached houses surround a 125 sqm swimming pool, which is filled up from 01 April until the end of November.

There is air-conditioning on the ground floor and in the bedrooms. There are patios in the front and on the back of the house and the rest of the land is green grass and some olive trees with mountain view.

Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes Town, and is only four minutes from the village of Afandou with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course.

It is a 2-floor cozy furnitured, new house. A living room, dining and kitchen on the ground floor, with window doors which you can open to enter your back patio.

This patio is connected with the swimming pool.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with two double beds and a spacious bathroom. The house is brand new with all its comfort.

The wooden ceilings and the furniture make it a cozy and pleasant place to stay.

Atmosphere

The house have a nice atmosphere and it is located on quiet, very safe and children friendly neighborhood. Everything is on a walking distance, Super market, cafeterias, restaurants, shops and bars. The sea is only 350 meters away.

Getting Around

A car is recommended if you would like to explore the island. We can help you arrange one waiting for you at the airport . We support local rent car agencies that have very good prices and full insurance!

There is also busses going frequently to Rhodes town and Lindos.
