Hill & Sea View Villas are brand new villa located on the hillside of Kolympia and offer a private swimming pool. Villa has a beautiful sea view and the nearest beach is found only a 5 minute drive away. Guests of the villas will surely have a memorable stay and incredible holidays. The location is pretty convenient to visit every beach on the east coast line of Rhodes. Each Villa hosts up to 8 or 10 people.

Hill & sea view Villa is brand new and has a tasteful decorating approach that magnetizes you as soon as you arrive to the property. Villa has 5 modern bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are included in the bedrooms, also there is a wc. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation as well as a luxurious dining area with a window viewing the emerald waters of the island. The living area is quite inviting in its warm colors and the screen TV. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, guests will find their private swimming pool and the sunbeds, everything designed in a minimal style. The surrounding area of the pool is pretty pleasant, as long as you gaze to this extraordinary view it will offer you peace. Also, you can enjoy the BBQ facilities and the modern sitting area.

Discover the true meaning of vacation while staying at the beautiful Hill & Sea View Villas. Kolympia is located half way between Rhodes town and Lindos. Guests will find Tsambika beach with its dreamy waters in the distance of a 5 minute drive. Kolymbia village is a peaceful place and surely you’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Afantou beach, the cleanest beach of the island, which is only about a 10 minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a half drive far from the Villa. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a half hour drive away from the villa. The airport is located a half hour drive away.
