This property is situated in the area of Kolymbia, which is found midway of Rhodes town and Lindos. Kolymbia is situated near the most popular beaches of the island, such as the Tsambika beach, Afandou Beach and the Stegna beach, which is only five minutes by car. The villa was built in 2014. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven guests in style. Only 500m of Kolymbia beach. The Villa provides the ideal base for exploring the island. Guests will find numerous bus within walking distance. The property is in the vicinity of a local golf course. The Villa offers the perfect combination of contemporary design and open-air living. A private large garden, private pool and private parking area with view to the mountain of cloister Madonna Tsambika guarantee the ideal location for your holiday needs.
