Response from the owner Abusive Harassing and threatening guests Nicola and Matt - Lets get the facts straight. 1. I received a message from Air B&B, on the 10th of January at 2:00 am, saying that Matt Finch had canceled his reservation. 2. Air B&B then made my house available and I got a booking for 2 days. 3. At 11:06 am I got a message from Matt saying that he wasn’t aware of the cancelation and that he wanted to give me his personal email as he was about to login and pay. 4 . When Matt made this booking I asked him 3 times for his e-mail address and he ignored me every time. Now the booking was cancelled and Air B&B blocked me from seeing Matt's email address which he only then tried to send. 5. As a host of a property I have no control when Air B&B are going to cancel a booking, which Matt admitted to me he hadn't paid in time. 6. Matt and Nicola I have lastly received correspondence from Air B&B stating they will refund you but Nicola you have continuously threatened and abused me about something I have no control over. 7. Nicola In text messages you have threatened to bring your lawyer into this and wanting to go publicly over all social media platforms using my personal name. As stated above Air B&B cancelled the booking because of Non payment. I would appreciate it if you stop harassing me.

Response from the owner Hello Terrilee I see you from Coloumbia thats interesting? Your address says Kylemore South Africa on your booking forms. Many thanks for your review, however you know you damaged our property and have been invoiced for the damage. If you took the time to read our booking forms you needed to leave the property how you found it. You left Seabreeze filthy with beer and wine spilt and you did not bother to clean it up, glasses broken, a blind completely broken with the wood having torn through the fabric, which you were invoiced for. The wood is not for free and we have it available in the garage with a sign that says R50 per bag. Terrilee you broke the baby gate, the cot was supplied at no cost to you I would think that your baby would want its own blanket everything else in the cot was supplied. We have a severe drought with water restrictions shouldn't you be wanting to conserve water. Every drop counts you and your friends not only left the Jacuzzi half empty it was filthy and the Jacuzzi company put that in their report today. Terrilee as you know I have photos to prove the damage and the state of my property. I hope tripadvsor allows me to upload them. All the vey best Seabreeze owner
