Built on a small hill, in a 4.000 sq² estate surrounded by flower and herb gardens, offers a secluded and peaceful environment perfect for relaxation and privacy.
The interior of the villa is elegant as well as functional, with a contemporary classic design and consists of five levels, with large basement space and can accommodate from 2 to 12 guests.
The front door opens on to a living room with a cozy fire place, a 12 seat dining area, an open plan living room with access to all the terraces offering a stunning view to the blue sea, to the south, and the surrounding green hills and the picturesque traditional village to the north.Entrances from the hall and dining area lead into a fully equipped, fitted kitchen. A WC is also located in the hall.
Up the stairs from the entrance hall are 2 double bedrooms with large, fitted wardrobes, double bed, desk with plasma TV and internet access. A separate bathroom services both bedrooms with a WC, bath with shower.
A master suite is a few steps further up where you will find a tasteful large bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a luxurious bathroom with two washbasins, jakuzzi, mosaic tiles and deluxe marble floor. Another bedroom with two single beds is also located on this floor.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are situated a few steps down from the entrance hall and are furnished as the other 2 double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, double bed, desks with Plasma TV and internet access. A separate bathroom services both bedrooms with a WC, bath with shower.
All rooms have access to large balconies with a relaxing sea view which will make every moment of your summer holiday unforgettable.
Following on down from the 4th and 5th bedrooms is a great semi basement space with a dedicated games room offering TV and home cinema facilities, table tennis and a selection of gym equipment. Here, you will also find a second kitchen, ironing board, laundry and drier.
Outdoors you will find a private swimming pool with inbuilt jacuzzi, dinning area with BBQ and traditional oven, large grill, fridge and sink.
