Villa Arte breathes class and elegance! Tucked away in a quiet lane of central Seminyak, just a short walk from the beach with happening beach clubs and also near to all of the high-end shopping boutiques and restaurants that this vibrant beach town has to offer, villa Arte makes a great holiday home for families or a groups of friends wanting to stay somewhere secluded yet central on Bali island.

You will enter villa Arte in its spacious and sophisticated, combined living and dining room that embraces the tropical life with a wonderful open-plan architectural design that gives easy access to the beautiful big garden and the swimming pool. The space has a stunning reclaimed teak wooden interior enriched by an amazing collection of traditional artwork and chic red colours, giving character. In the middle of the room you will find big red sofa to chill out on, sipping from some nice cold drinks while gazing at the view over the garden. To the right there is the elegant dining wing placed on an elevated platform and furnished with a gorgeous teak wooden table with 7 red chairs. In the left corner you will find the TV lounge, fitted with another big red sofa that faces a huge flat-screen TV with DVD-player for full blown in-villa entertainment.

Villa Arte features a 1200 square meter garden with lots of exotic plants and trees growing lushly around the expansive manicured lawn where the kids will surely love to kick a ball and run around in the afternoon. The garden is also ideal for holding garden BBQ feasts and special celebrations such as weddings and birthday parties. The garden boasts a large private swimming pool that couldn't look any more inviting with its crystal clear water and the timber sundeck is furnished with four wooden sun-lounger for those wanting to go home with that gorgeous tropical island tan.

5 bedroom of Villa Arte features large king-size beds and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The rooms have air-conditioning, TVs with DVD-players and private en-suite bathrooms with alfresco rain-showers in a wonderful tropical setting. The opulent master bedroom is adjoined by a peaceful study room or office space where you can enjoy some quiet time. Additionally, this room can be set up as an extra bedroom. The guest bedroom has an interconnecting door to the master suite, making it a perfect family compound upon request. The last bedroom is tucked in a fully independent studio room that features a living area of its own, complete with a sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge to get your midnight snacks and drinks.
