Description
Near beach rent house on the basement floor, trilocale independent few steps from beautiful beach of Sa Petra Ruia and the cove between s.lucia and la caletta of siniscola, large master bedroom, bedroom three-deck beds, sofa in the kitchen, veranda.
The house overlooks the pine forest, the apartment is rented basement with ground floor entrance, will be about 50 meters from the beach, to go among the trees, then move into the dunes. The beach is fantastic, white sand, shallow water and light. Shops and supermarkets: 5min. walk you can reach the village of St. Lucia, a small supermarket and a kiosk, or by car to two kilometers is provided around the cove, or any service Siniscola: restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, discounters, etc.
However, the home can also be considered for support, because you can eat on the porch and you can spend as much time outdoors (pine forest, beach, two rivers with a natural pond you can fish ....). The proximity to the beach (close) allows to better manage the diverse needs of young children, the sea is low you can let them play on the shore. The place is really nice! The Cove at the marina, diving center, sailing, canoeing, kite surfing, S. Lucia equestrian center

“We wish to go back”
The location was perfect for us and we had a stunning unspoilt 3km beach practically on our doorstep (well a very short walk through some pines). Due to not visiting the area before, the house isn't the easiest to find but that wasn't a problem because as soon as we were near, we called our hosts Graziano and Roberta who drove to where were which was about a mile or so away and we then followed them. When we arrived they were very friendly and welcoming, they took us for a drink and treated our boys to an ice-cream, we were grateful for this due to the long wait for car rental at the airport, they also answered questions we had and recommended places we could visit. The home was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Unlike other self-catering accommodation we have stayed in, there were little extras which included towels (also beach towels), a parasol, extra linen and there were even a couple of balls for our children to play with. We are both coffee lovers so greatly appreciated finding the some expresso in the cupboard!. The scenery and beach were breathtaking, the water was crystal clear and only gradually gets deeper, making it safe for our children, of course this didn't make us complacent though. We would love to return possibly in a few years. As its self-catering my only advice is to ask where the nearest grocery shops and supermarkets are, if you are new to the area it makes things logistically easier if you know where things are beforehand.
