Description
At the heart of the French Riviera, on the heights of Nice, between sea and mountain, ideally located on the French Riviera, Villa Angel offers for rent a large independent 100 m2 apartment with stunning views not overlooked at quiet, sunny all day until sunset. Villa Angel is a property consisting of two completely independent accommodations, a vast garden of olive trees, orange trees and palm trees, a private and secure pool and pool house (summer kitchen, barbecue) a petanque, a playground (swings) for children, and a secure private parking. The property is fully fenced / important if you are coming a pet.
Only the first floor is rented with independent access; the second housing is occupied only by the owners.
Rental includes free access to the large pool, pool house, to the huge garden. All these spaces are completely independent and not overlooked and are fully privatized.
The 100 m2 air-conditioned apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen and fireplace, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 available, a double bed in each room (140cmx200cm and 160cmx200cm), 2 sleeping in a sofa bed (160cmx200cm) , a bathroom with shower (120x90), a toilet, a very large sun terrace with stunning views of the hinterland of Nice, the Baou St Jeannet, the Col de Vence, and Cape Antibes.
Tastefully decorated, it reflects our desire to offer a modern, stylish comfort, where one quickly feels like 'home'. quality furniture, harmony of soft colors and current, create a soothing and natural atmosphere.
All standard services are waiting for you: air conditioning in all rooms, bedding, internet access Free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker Nespresso ®), lounge with a large screen with home cinema, HD Satellite decoder (French channels, English, German, Spanish etc.), large flat screen in the master bedroom, stereo, alarm, 2 private parking spaces and secure (CCTV).
Its central location on the French Riviera provides easy access to tourist sites prestige as Monaco, Menton, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice, Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, as Monaco, Menton, old Nice, Cap d'Antibes ... but also St Tropez and the many villages of the hinterland.
