Between sea and mountain, villa 140m2, 4 bedrooms with large living room, garden and swimming pool. Covered terrace with table and BBQ. View over Cagnes river valley. Quite in a blind alley, 5' walk from center La Gaude village, 8 kms from Cagnes-sur-mer, 20' from Nice airport. On the side of the old roman walking path to Vence town.
Location by week for summer holidays for family.

“Wonderful holiday villa”

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It is spacious and well equipped with a great pool and outside space. The small town close by has all you need without having to go far: shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, as well as being very pretty and historic. Would recommend!

Response from the owner Sorry you spent a bad experience, even if we have done everything to make your stay enjoyable; We phone you many times to try to solve your problems. For TV and the fridge they have worked well for people before and after you. It is true that you must be careful to close the door. And for television you have to use the remote control of the decoder. So we bought a new refrigerator and a new TV easier to use.
