Bonjour,une idée de vacances marines si toutefois vous aviez l’intention de venir dire bonjour à jojo le mérou de port cros ( 12 km ) ou voir notre beau pays et son beau temps légendaire , ( 330 j de soleil par an ! ) quelle que soit la saison , je loue le 1erétage de ma villa à 83250 la londe les maures au pied du massif des maures et face aux iles d’ hyeres

Ouvert toute l’année De 300 à 850 € selon la saison. Voici le descriptif

Chambre 1 : 22m2 avec 2 lits double dont 1 king size 200x160 et un 140x190 avec climatisation neuve

Séjour : avec climatisation neuve 1 lit double, table 6 pers ecran plat neuf , lecteur BLURAY DVD, CD radio , coffre fort

Cuisine : machine à laver , lave vaisselle neuf , frigo congélateur , four microonde, four traditionnel, 3 plaques induction , barbecue électrique ( feu interdit en été )

Terrasse 16 m2 dans le jardin : ( jardin clos arboré entièrement sur2500m2 )

Mobilier de jardin extérieur table , bain de soleil, parasol , chaises , fauteuil

Parking privé clos , télécommande portail etc …proche mer et village 10 min à pied chacun

Calme et quiétude , maison récente, doubles vitrages -30 DB hors lotissement dans vignes et oliviers peu de voisins + de 200 ha oliviers et vignes , peu de bruit

Septembre est pas mal , L’été indien dure jusqu’à toussaint (il y en a qui se baignent en octobre !)

Entre mer et village , dans les vignes et oliviers, avec l’air marin rafraichissant
