Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec plaques induction, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur 2 compartiments, ainsi que tout les ustensiles pour cuisiner. La salle de bains privative est pourvue d'une douche multi-jet, d'un sèche-cheveux. Une piscine commune à la propriété est disponible en saison.
