Sea Breeze Villa East, a brand-new property of traditional island architecture, boasts a perfect deep blue Aegean Sea view, 300 meters to the beach of crystal clear see, sun-bathing and relaxation by the private pool (open April-October). Both the area and the beach are unspoiled and tranquil.
The villa is in a 4000sq.m land property, ideal for families, couples, friends who want to relax and enjoy the sea, the sun, the pool, the nature as well as those who enjoy active holidays, since it is in a perfect site for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, 10minute drive to the top kite- and wind-surfing destination of Prasonissi, 10minute drive to a great variety of water sports. Perfect base for exploring the whole island of Rhodes, all the well-known attractions as well as the secret, unspoiled sites.
The villa of 75sq.m interior as well as 75sq.m. veranda space combines traditional and modern architecture. With the nearest houses being 400m away it can ensure privacy having at the same time excellent sea view. You can relax on the terrace or lie on the sunbeds by the private pool for sun-bathing enjoying the sea view with a cool drink.
Sea Breeze Villa East has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with traditionally built two-to-three beds, so it can sleep 5 people in its two bedrooms. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin as well as a fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic cooktops, microwaves, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand-mixer, Italian espresso coffee maker, kitchenware and a big number of kitchen tools. There are ironing facilities. The living room, boasting an antique chandelier, has a dining table and two traditionally built sofas with a coffee table in front of the traditional fireplace. The big sofa can comfortably accommodate an extra person. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating. There is free WiFi internet in the property as well as a 32inch LCD TV with satellite connection.
There are three terraces with tables, chairs, a barbeque and barbeque facilities. Five bikes are offered for exploring the countryside. Free car parking is available in the property.
Sea Breeze Villa East is located 2km from the traditional village of Lachania, 8km from the village of Gennadi, 21km from the famous kite and wind-surfing site of Prasonisi, 29km from the traditional village of Lindos, 69km from the city of Rhodes, 69km from the Ancient Town of Kameiros and 82km from the Butterflies Valley.
