Villa with private pool in the South of Rhodes on the quiet edge of the picturesque traditional farmers village. With fantastic panoramic sea- valley- and mountain views. This property is ideal for couples and smaller parties with the added benefit of the double sofa bed to sleep a maximum of 6. There are some outside seating and dining areas in which to take in the magnificent sunsets. The villa stands surrounded by high walls. There is a covered garage to keep your car cool during the hot days, and that leads directly into the garden.

The villa lies at the edge of the village of Lahania or also Lachania as the tourists call it. The area of this village is really beautiful: a nature environment for long walks and quiet drives in the area. Where one can hear the bells of the goats from you bed, and sometimes one does not hear a single sound. There are magnificent views all around the rental, at the back mountain views, at the one side hilly views, at the other side sea view, at the front side valley view and one overlooks the beautiful village. One can see the the sun coming up, on the other side going down behind the mountains. The only thing to do is relax, and prepare yourself for a great night out in one of the superb restaurants or hotel restaurants. Going to the beach place/bar Mojito is another great idea, with its laid back music, and sun beds from the Hilton hotel. Beach service at your sun bed and yummy food.The property is ideal for couples and smaller parties with the added benefit of the double sofa bed to sleep a maximum of 6. There is a selection of DVDs, videos and books.

The Outside- There are some outside seating and dining areas in which to take in the magnificent sunsets. The villa stands in a large 600 sqm plot, surrounded by high walls. There is a covered garage to keep your car cool during the hot days, and that leads directly into the garden. The whole rental property is walled around, with large wooden doors at the entrance and isolated doors with double glass in the house. Coming into the big wooden doors, one gets onto the property into the covered dining area with extendable teak table and plenty seating. There is a built in BBQ on the side and a washing machine. At the pool area there are sun beds and some chairs and table as well as an outside shower. We have built windows in the outside walls

Going into the house one gets into the open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and efficient with windows opening onto the outside dining area and with village views. The living area has a fire place and a double sleeping sofa with comfortable mattresses. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with mosquito net, airconditioning and a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Going up to the master bedroom, one also finds en suite bathroom next to the bedroom. There is airco and there are doors opening onto a big balcony with comfortable pillows.
