Villa in the valley of Ladiko ,a magnificent environment for you relaxation and within a few walking minutes to the famous bay of Anthony Quinn and a few minutes by car to Faliraki with it’s busy night life.Ladiko Luxury Villa Olympos with pool 7 x 5 m will fulfil all your wishes as the architect has looked after all small details.Central floor heating , indirect ac and lightnings, fireplace,in-build safe,wine fridge and the exclusive design gives you right away the feeling of coming home to your own villa.The outside area has got BBQ ,electric lights,sitting and dining area and is enclosed by a wall.The 3 bedrooms are spacious with in built wardrobes,electric shutters are throughout the villa ,and the master bedroom got an en-suite bathroom with shower,1 bathroom with a tub and 1 extra WC.The Ladiko Villa got all necessary kitchen appliance dishwasher,washing machine and tumble dryer and the house is also suitable during your winter stay..We arrange upon request a Limo service with chauffeur,maid,cooker and baby sitting.The Villa is enclosed by a wall and in it’s neighbourhood with 5 private owned Villas.The Ladiko Villa got a secure private parking space on the property.
