Description
This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a spacious lounge & bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Fully tiled shower/toilet. There is a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. The apartment is on the fourth floor with easy access by lift - so no noise from above.
A perfect holiday retreat! The photos do not do the apartment justice because it is a lot bigger and brighter than you expect.
The apartment also offers a small TV showing Portuguese programs (the BBC have stopped English channels being shown) DVD player, CD player, radio and FREE WI Fi (please note, the wi fi is sometimes quite slow)
In the lounge there is a very comfortable armchair and a three seater sofa.
In the bedroom wardrobe there is a fitted security safe. There is a video entry system at the main door.
Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users as the lift is not big enough. Couples only, no children.
Next door to the apartment is a Municipal leisure centre consisting of an olympic size indoor swimming pool and a childrens pool, fully equipped gym and various other activities, the cost for these is very inexpensive.
On occasion you might notice a strange odour from the river when it is low. If you put the bathroom plugs in+cover the shower outlet it will help.

Also not really suitable for children as there is no outside space for them.
For babies sleeping in a cot etc it is fine.
Please be aware that there are people living in some of the adjacent apartments and try not to cause them any problems with too much noise etc.
