Description

Located in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Lagos, yet within short walk or drive of superb sandy beaches, restaurants and bars, modern marina, fishing harbour, old town with shops and 4 prestigious golf courses. This brand new building is high quality throughout,with a large solar-heated swimming pool, air-conditioning, free WIFI ,32" flat screen TV/DVD, very large balcony facing south west. Lagos is famous for it's lively but traditional Portuguese character, food is great value and high quality. Fishing trips and local boat cruises can be taken from the town's waterfront. A modern marina with bars and shops is close. Supermarket a few minutes walk away.This apartment is ideal for adult couples or smaller families with up to 2 children. The pool area is quite large and is usually peaceful.The pool falls into sunshine from around 10am, whilst the sun balcony is in full sun from around midday until dusk. The balcony tends to be several degrees warmer than poolside.There is the option for more than 4 people as the large sofa in the lounge is also a sofa bed, but we feel 4 people maximum is recommended for maximum comfort.

“Agreed to book, then Clive didn’t respond and let it to someone else.....”

Contacted the owner Clive who quickly responded and said there was another interested party. Later that evening Clive emailed to say that the other party hadn’t replied so would we like to book, and if we paid him direct we could have a discount. We emailed back and said definitely. No further correspondence from Clive or replies to emails and it seems his calendar is now booked for the dates requested. Not even a courteous response to say he’s let the apartment to someone else. Just rude

“Wonderful Lagos holiday”

Just returned from a family holiday to Lagos Portugal. A fabulous apartment with everything you could need. Children had a wonderful time in the pool. Easy communication with the owner. We will definately book this apartment again.

“Lovely clean place with great balcony”

Lovely Clean apartment, in a good setting , yet only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Lagos. Couple of supermarkets within 2 minute walk. Would recommend this nice apartment

Extremely spacious with a high standard of modern equipment/facilities. I would have no problem recommending it too others. We particularly liked the balcony which runs the whole length. Also, layout is good with bedrooms at opposite ends, and the kitchen and living room in between. Very useful when you have teenage boys arriving back late at night...

thank you clive for the use of your stunning apt very spacious beautifully furnished .the town centre and marina 15 mins walk and must recommend lindas beach bar .will def use again when we visit portugal and i must say best instructions ever for getting there and details of the apt. thanks again
