Description

Encosta da Marina is a brand new complex in a desirable location only a few minutes from Lagos Marina, the beach and the town of Lagos.

This wonderful new apartment has been furnished to a high standard with 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom making this the perfect choice for a family holiday close to the beach and Marina de Lagos.

From the main entrance hall you walk down and to the left you have the fully equipped kitchen with, cooker, electric hob, washing machine and dishwasher along with all modern utensils, there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine available also. There are double sliding doors from the kitchen through to the living area these can be left open for an open plan feel or closed if preferred. The living room has a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa bed, an extendable dining table with 8 chairs and a flat screen TV with IPTV system providing UK channels and a DVD player, there is also an Xbox with a few games available.

The living room opens out to the large west facing corner terrace that gets great afternoon sun. There is a lovely outside dining set and a built in BBQ, the views from the balcony are over towards the marina and town of Lagos.

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, the second bedroom is a double and the third bedroom is a twin room the double and twin bedrooms share a shower room in the hall.

The pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.

There is garage parking available and from the garage there is a lift or stair access to the third floor.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest supermarket: Pingo Doce is 10 minutes walk away for all your culinary needs.

Nearest beach: Meia Praia is just a 10 minute walk away. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards and there many beach bars/restaurants with varying menus.

Nearest restaurant: The Marina de Lagos a few minutes walk away and there is a wide variety of restaurants available specializing in international cuisine. Families are welcome.
