Description

Aquarium 4F is a new 2 Bedroom Luxury apartment located in the Aquarium complex, excellently located for being close to all amenities. From its fourth floor elevated position the apartment offers views from the balcony over towards the ocean at the Meia Praia beach, the apartments are only a few minutes’ walk from the Marina da Lagos with an abundance of bars and cafes to offer. There is a free Wi-Fi service and the apartment is fully air-conditioned with 2 lovely balconies this is a perfect retreat for a summer holiday.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master suite has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom is also a double with use of the bathroom located in the hall this has a bath and overhead shower. The living area for this apartment is open plan with a lounge space with 2 sofas and TV, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi service and has patio doors out to the terrace with outside seating area and a BBQ, there is also a dining table and 6 chairs, the granite breakfast bar has 4 stools and separates the living area from the kitchen..

The kitchen offers all modern appliances including, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, electric hob and small electrical items such as toaster and kettle, the kitchen in open plan to the living area and also has patio doors out to the balcony.

The Aquarium complex offers a salt water communal outside pool, salt water indoor pool, this is heated in the winter months from November through to March and a heated Jacuzzi and a steam cubicle all available for your use, the apartment complex is split into 2 blocks and this apartment is located in block 1 and the pool is located in block 2 so you do have to leave the apartment block and walk around to the pool area.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

The indoor pool is only heated during the winter months and in the summer it is just left to warm naturally, the pools are both salt water.

Getting around

Getting around from the Aquarium apartment couldn't be easier, if you don't want to hire a car then the Pingo Doce supermarket is just a 10 - 15 minute walk away and offers all you would need to stock up from the fresh bread counter to fresh meat, fish and deli counter along with all the usual produce. The marina is 5 minutes by foot and the town a further 5 - 10 minutes walk, if you did want to hire a car for your stay or part of your stay then we an arrange this for you before you arrive. The train station is a couple of minutes walk from the apartments and can get you along the coast to several other towns or all the way up to Lisbon is you wish to venture further.

Algarve Accommodation Agency is the managing agent for this apartment, conveniently we are located in the same building as these apartments and our office is open daily apart from Sundays from 9 am - 5 pm. We meet and greet all our clients and show the around and point them in the right direction to all the local amenities and attractions, we do have a 24 hour emergency mobile to be on hand if needed at any time.
