Located in the exclusive area of Atalaia, this new luxury property is set on the small condominium of Quinta da Atalaia, a select development of just 12 townhouses. It is in a wonderful, peaceful location just outside the city of Lagos and only 3 minutes from Boavista Golf Resort and Porto do Mos beach. The condominium is secure with electric entrance gates and boasts a stunning, large communal pool with excellent sun exposure and private tennis court/5-aside football pitch set amongst landscaped semi-tropical gardens.

The accommodation is of the highest quality with contemporary fixtures. Comfortable living & dining room with large patio doors which open up to a large covered terrace with BBQ area. The terrace leads directly through the large garden & down to the pool. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a shower-room. Upstairs can be found the double bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower fitting.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious with built in wardrobes and 1 with terrace giving breathtaking views over the countryside to the sea. From this terrace is a spiral staircase leading to the private roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing or taking in the fabulous views.

Minutes away is Lagos, the most picturesque town in the Western Algarve with its stunning beaches, charming old town, huge selection of restaurants & bars, lively nightlife & modern marina.

Parking: There is a parking space outside the house.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen: Towels & linen are provided; cleaning is included once per week.

“Recommend - Beautiful Holiday Home”

We stayed Villa A which sleeps 4 and has 3 floors including a private terrace. Villa A is right on the end which was perfect as it was secluded and away from the pool. This was was handy as there were children there when we stayed. The house has all amenities you need to cook with and is very close to the supermarket. Only negatives - BBQ was dirty on arrival so we actually left it cleaner than when we arrived! And the location is a little walk away from Lagos (30-40 mins).

“Our First visit to Portugal and we weren't disappointed.”

Property is excellent, car essential. Supermarket nearby. Porto Mos, a 10 min drive with clean sandy beach hosting a very good Fish Restaurant. Lagos a 15 min drive, picturesque Port / Old Town. Information pack requires the following additions. Nearest Pharmacy, Post Office, Bus timetable, Key to Map!!! It would have been helpful to know when booking the property, if there is a Wedding Party or similar block booking in the adjoinings townhouses. Our stay was to some extent spoilt by noise around the pool area during the day and also till 01:30 in the morning. Which to be fair stopped when we asked the adjoining property to keep the noise down.
