'Casa Sarah' is a beautifully appointed modern villa and has every facility you will need to enjoy a perfect holiday in one of the Algarve's most attractive areas. With direct access to Meia Praia, an unspoilt beach with good restaurant facilities available day and night, and also the fabulous 'Marina de Lagos'. The property offers guests the option of a 'No Car Holiday' with the facility of return transfers arranged efficiently by the Owners.
The villa is ideally positioned, whilst offering superb accommodation with five large bedrooms, with further accommodation if required, a large stylish lounge, indoor/outdoor dining and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There are private terraces on two levels, with a choice of charcoal or electric BBQ and outdoor private dining facilities, large open pool terrace, manicured gardens and private swimming pool, with pool alarm system and the option of heating the pool ( additional charge) Pool heating is available March to October.
There is a video entry system and secure parking, together with a new games room, air conditioning and central heating for an all-year round rental opportunity. Just 12 mins walk to the beach, marina & town with many excellent restaurants, cafes and bars offering consistency & varied choice. This Villa enjoys the rating of 'Alojamento Locale' from the local authority and consequently can be guaranteed to provide guests with every safety, combining total security with relaxation in a property designed specifically for a family or group rental.

Yes, I really enjoy looking after my guests and our current range of additional services like our shopping service, luxury boat service and our spa treatments at the property are going down a storm, with the variety of the differing guests that we have staying at Casa Sarah. We like to keep on top of all ares and second guess what families may individually enjoy during their stay. Our games room is always well stocked and it pays dividends for our guests additional enjoyment. Incidentally the pool is in fact a sizeable family swimming pool and is popular with guests with children. It also has an electronic pool alarm system. Hope this helps?
