Description

Refurbished 2 bed centrally heated cottage with Wi-Fi. Pleasant courtyard for BBQs etc. One well-behaved dog welcome. Off-road parking. Close to pubs and shops. 300 yards from the coast. Golf course and leisure centre with swimming pool nearby. RSPB Leighton Moss nature reserve 1.6 miles.

FURTHER DETAILS INSIDE:

The porch opens onto a refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The dining area seats 4. The comfortable lounge, with living gas fire, has 2 easy chairs and a 3-seater sofa. Large screen Smart TV with DVD player. Study area with desk, telephone and sound system for attaching mobile devices. A selection of games, books and DVDs are available, plus details on the local area. Upstairs there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, both with double beds (one king-size). Modern bathroom with bath and shower above.

FURTHER DETAILS OUTSIDE:

Steps down from the parking area make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. There is a pleasant courtyard to the front of the property with garden furniture - a barbeque is available. Use of shed for storage of bicycles.

CONDITIONS:

20% deposit on booking. Refundable breakage deposit of £150 required with balance. One dog welcome - £20 per week.

Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday date. Minimum booking period 7 nights.

IMPORTANT - If you wish to bring a dog with you, please ask for a quote first, as this website does not have the facility to complete a booking with pets directly.

“Perfect weekend away”

Had a perfect relaxing weekend away in silverdale made all the more special by being able to stay at this delightful cottage. Tucked away a short walking distance from the centre of the village. There was nothing else we could have wished for as the cottage was well equipped with all home comforts super comfy beds and pillows. We took advantage of the really helpfull information provided in take with you maps and directions around the local area. We met the landlord when we arrived as we were early he made us extremely welcome, We would not hesitate staying here again

Lovely welcoming feel to the cottage. Perfect for a quiet getaway, or plenty to do in easy walking distance/ a short drive if desired. Our 5yr loved it and wanted to stay forever :-)

“Fantastic stay at sunndyside cottage”

We stayed for 4 nights in April. Cottage is lovely, and bigger than expected. In a lovely village location, and felt very private even though you are close to other houses. 10-15 minute walk away from coast and main village which has a brilliant dog friendly pub with great food! Would definitely go back, and recommend. Only point to make, is that driveway is quite narrow, but can fit 2 small cars on or 1 large car

“Best cottage we have ever stayed in”

This is by far the best cottage we have ever stayed in.This lovely village as everything you need.The food was good at the Silverdale Hotel and The Royal.Fish and chips 2miles away in Arnside is excellent.Not to far to go to the beautiful Lakes.A must to go to this great place.
