Description
If you are looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, look no further, beautiful cottage situated on 1 acre of privacy treed property on Mink Lake, 3 hours from Toronto...very close to Algonquin Park, great for outdoor activities, hiking trails, great fishing. WIFI, TV, Jacuzzi,wrap around deck, lots of deck area to BBQ and take in the views of the lake. Lots of trails close by for ATV and Snowmobiles.
Our Cottage is located on Mink Lake approx. 15 min. from the Town of Maynooth and 35 min. from the Town of Bancroft. The main cottage features an open kitchen and living area with two bedrooms (1) washroom on the main floor, as well as a large sleeping loft. From the living room there is a sliding door walkout to a large wraparound deck with beautiful views of the lake. Behind and to the side of the main cottage is the large guest house with kitchen, washroom, dining, and living area. The guest house also has a walkout to both a front and back deck. The lot to the side of the cottage is flat with a campfire pit and a pathway and steps take you down the sloped lot from the cottage to the lake. At the lake there is a deck and entry into the water is from the dock with swim ladder. Use of paddle boat and life jackets is included. There is a boat launch very close.
Beautiful area to observe the fall tree colours and see the leaves turn!
