Sur un terrain de 8880 m2, avec une vue panoramique sur le Luberon, la Durance et les Alpilles, sans aucun vis à vis et dans un calme absolu, deux bâtiments séparés, l'un en deux parties, à usage d'habitation, d'une superficie de 170 m2, et le second dénommé pool house d'une superficie de 75 m2 en complément d'une piscine de 10x5 m
Les deux bâtiments sont accolés et communicants
A/ le premier, de plain-pied, d'une superficie de 150 m2 comporte :
- une entrée en deux parties:
- un sas vitré fermé par quatre vantaux en fer forgé
- une entrée donnant:
- à droite sur un WC de courtoisie et un petit hall avec placard de rangement, puis sur une chambre donnant sur une grande terrasse par une porte-fenêtre vitrée, chambre avec une salle d'eau comportant une douche à l'Italienne et un WC séparé ainsi qu'un petit hall avec placards de rangement
- à gauche sur la salle à manger avec cheminée, TV écran plat, chaîne hi-fi, salle à manger donnant sur la grande terrasse par deux baies vitrées, puis sur un petit salon et enfin la cuisine, donnant tous deux sur la même terrasse, cuisine équipée d'une plaque vitro céramique 4 feux, de deux fours classiques, et un micro ondes avec accés menant au local technique comportant 2 frigos congelateurs , machine a laver le linge, machine a laver la vaisselle
B/ La jonction des deux corps de bâtiment se fait de la cuisine par l'accès à un petit salon TV , puis au bureau informatique avec wi fi , donnant sur une véranda, bureau permettant l'accès à l'étage par un escalier en chêne menant:
A gauche, au Nord Ouest à une chambre de 20 m2 avec salle d'eau, donnant sur le Luberon puis à droite à un couloir menant à un WC et à la chambre du Sud avec terrasse plein sud de 12 m2 et salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne
Au rez de chaussée, la grande terrasse plein sud est en trois parties
- une véranda de 40 m2 avec un bar et un four à pizzas PAGNOL, véranda prolongée par un appendice comportant des rangements et un coin cuisine au gaz ( en cas de coupure de courant) Cette véranda permet de prendre ses repas à l'abri du vent ou de la pluie
- une terrasse plein soleil de 40 m2
- une pergola de 50 m2 permettant de prendre ses repas à l'ombre des canisses et des plantes grimpantes ( glycine, rosier banks )
En continuant sous les chênes verts on laisse le jeu de boule à droite et on accède à la piscine et à son pool house par un grand escalier ou par un chemin a travers les oliviers et les arbres fruitiers
- la piscine est fermée par un rideau coulissant électrique, on y a accès par trois marches et la plus grande profondeur est de 1,8 m
- le pool house comprend
- en sous-sol la partie technique
- de plain-pied avec la terrasse entourant la piscine:
- un coin bar avec comptoir de 2,5 m et trois tabourets de bar
- une salle à manger et un salon avec banquette
- un coin cuisine avec plaque, cuisson , four, et four micro onde 2 frigidaire évier,
- une salle d'eau avec deux lavabos, une douche et un WC separe
- la terrasse de 150 m2 comprend deux parties
- une entièrement vitrée au Nord et à l'Ouest
avec douche et barbecue et plage pour transats
- l'autre est une extension pour la salle à manger
Une cour servant de serre l'hiver, entiérement fermée et vitrée, permet de ranger table et chaises
la maison est equipee d un adoucisseur d eau
