3mn du parc Bordelais10mn du centre de Bordeaux en bus toutes les 10mn. Tramway à 2mn. vélib à proximité.
la maison comporte deux chambres avec un grand lit chacune
et un lit mezzanine dans une d'elles.
salon salle à manger bar piano
ce qui fait 5 couchages. TV canal + numéricable wifi
cuisine équipée avec baies vitrées donnant sur le jardin.
terrasse ombragée par la vigne barbecue
draps serviettes et torchons a disposition.
entrée garage avec portail électrique.
quartier calme
les animaux sont autorisés mais le signaler lors de votre réservation
ainsi que le nombre d'occupants.
