Coquet studio de 28 m2 a seulement 100 m de la grande plage du lavandou. 4 couchages maxi...idéal un couple avec un enfant

- 1 chambre avec TV, lit superposé : 2 places en bas et 1 place en haut, placard.

- salle de bain douche cabine et wc , machine a laver, placard.

- un couloir avec rangements

- une cuisine équipée avec de nombreux rangements, plaque induction, micro onde, frigo neuf, pierrade, gril pain, aspirateur.....

- un canapé lit 2 places, grande TV de 102 cm, climatisation..

- un petit balcon avec store et vue dégagée sans vis à vis

vue mer (second plan) une route à traverser et vous êtes à la plage,

dans une résidence codée au 2e étage avec ascenseur .

plusieurs parking gratuits tout autour.

Situé dans la rue principale du lavandou avec tous commerces à prox
