Surrounded by gardens and woodland, the Villa "the Pearl of the Alta Via" is located halfway between sea and mountains, close to a park of the Apennines, the CentroAnidra Rural Park. The apartment, furnished in a rustic style, is the ideal place for a holiday in nature. You can choose between walking and hiking in the mountains, the sun and sea of ​​the eastern Ligurian coast, the invigorating baths in the mountain creek valley or lazing lying in some corner of the garden. The apartment consists of 2 rooms with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Supplied linen and crockery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television, internet wifi. The driveway has an automatic gate and private parking space. In the garden you can organize your barbecue on the lawn, eating breakfast and sunbathing on the common terrace or relax somewhere in the woods. The rental period can be monthly, weekly or weekend. Final cleaning is not included in the price. It 'also required a contribution for the gas expenses based on actual consumption ranging from 5.00 to 5.50 € per square meter. On request we organize horseback riding at nearby farms, or massage therapies (Craniosacral Balancing, shiatsu and relaxing) and Oriental arts classes (yoga, tai ji quan, tayoqi, qi gong) directly home.
