Owl Barn is a luxury barn conversion set in beautiful Herefordshire countryside.It has a large private garden with an out door hot tub and set in a peaceful hamlet.The barn is perfect for large groups looking for luxury accommodation whilst enjoying the gorgeous setting and views.The barn is close to the towns of Leominster famous for its antique shops and of course Ludlow with it's castle,independent shops, restaurants and many festivals.

Open plan interior with modern kitchen/dining room downstairs perfect for cooking whilst entertaining.
Large light first floor living area with huge woodburner,plasma TV and squashy sofas,far reaching views.
Two ground floor bedrooms one with small bunkbed room off it, perfect for families.
Two first floor bedrooms one with a mezzanine level and extra single bed.
All 4 main bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms.

The patio area surrounds 2 sides of the building and the hot tub lies next to the wall giving total privacy.
The large parking area to the side can accommodate up to 6 cars easily.

Response from the owner I’m afraid this is such an inaccurate review. Indeed the barn was left clean and tidy accept the room that you stayed in. The king sizes bed sheet and the White Company mattress topper was scorched by your hair tongs. No mattter how much we try we cannot get scorch marks out of cotton. We charged you just £50 for replacing these items even though it cost us over double this to replace them. Your lovely friend who booked this break for you left us a great review on Airbnb for which we are really grateful. We hope you had a wonderful wedding.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rebecca (the owner) a message.

If Rebecca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
