This lovely 4 **** Apartment is on the 1st floor. With its own private entrance.

Open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen. The double bedroom and a shower room are off this area.

Private parking within garden grounds.

Hillside setting, 5 minutes drive to town centre, half hour walk to town 'centre'.

As you mentioned there is not so much we can do about the surrounding area, The Lerwick Brewery is a relatively new addition to the area, actually quite a lot of our guests are delighted to hear that they are welcome to visit there ;-) The area at the back, we are still waiting to see what the local farmer decides to do!? The little flies, occassionally visit locally and then dissappear again, in fact they seem to have dissappeared again now! And are vexed they were around to annoy you - as they are annoying. We hope you enjoy the rest of your summer and thank you again -Gillian :-)

Response from the manager Thank you for that great review, it is hard sometimes to explain the walk in, and for a guest to do so gives another perspective! A car is certainly an advantage, and I dont think the car hire companies are too expensive, all told...? Sorry about the pets. :-/

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
