A cute house in the heart of the historical city. One bedroom apartment with open space, located in the historic área of Lisbon – Madragoa.

The apartment was rehabilitated and decorated for the comfort of your stay. Fully equiped and fursnishe, very cozy.

Completely renewed, respecting the traditional architecture and construction methods. Fully renovated on the end of March 2019.

Has one double bed in the livingroom and a bed in the bedroom.

This beautiful house is located in São Bento, very near Parliament House where you find many types of restaurants and typical Portuguese antique shops Ideally located very close to Bairro Alto and Chiado, the famous places for nightlife or shopping. This beautiful and cosy apartment will offer you all the comforts.

The apartment is in the center of all public transportation in Lisbon: Buses & Trams at 1 minute walking, Metro & Trains at 10 minute walking. Airport at 15/20 minutes by taxi or metro and a Bus at 30 minutes.

- 10 minute walking distance from the Cais do Sodré Train Station to Carcavelos, Estoril and Cascais (beach) and Boat Station (to the beaches in Costa de Caparica)

- 10 minutes walking distance from Bairro Alto, Chiado, Terreiro do Paço ((email hidden)ércio) and Baixa

- 10/15 minutes walking distance from Rossio (train station to Sintra), Restauradores.

Right by the side, but not in, the night-life districts of Bairro Alto and Santos.

At 1 minute walking distance, you'll find Supermarket, Pingo Doçe, Pharmacy, Newspapers.

If Helena/Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
