Apartamento remodelado recentemente, confortável e de acesso fácil. A sala tem uma vista soberba para do Tejo, ponte 25 de Abril, Cristo-rei e Museu da Electricidade. Está equipada com televisão, wi-fi, mesa de jantar para 6 pessoas e um sofá-cama (120x195cm) e um armário pequeno. Os dois quartos têm armários grandes; um tem cama de casal (140x200cm) e o outro tem de 2 camas individuais (90x200) que podem ser juntas. Cozinha completamente equipada com forno, fogão 4 discos, exaustor, máquina lavar loiça, máquina lavar roupa, micro-ondas, combinado frigorífico-congelador, máquina de café Nespresso, chaleira eléctrica, espremedor de citrinos, torradeira, utensílios cozinha, ferro de engomar, e um grande estendal para secar a roupa. Casa de banho com duche, secador de cabelo e produtos básicos de higiene.
Oferta de boas-vindas de uma garrafa de vinho tinto português, café, chá e água.
Em frente do apartamento tem um parque de estacionamento de automóveis, gratuito. Também na rua, encontra sempre lugares sem custos.
A zona oferece muita segurança; é uma zona habitacional sem barulho, em frente do prédio tem um posto de polícia e, a porta do apartamento é blindada.
Entre o Palácio de Belém (residência do Presidente da Republica) e o Palácio da Ajuda (residência do rei de Portugal, depois do terramoto de 1755) e, entre o Jardim Tropical Botânico e o Jardim Botânico da Ajuda, o apartamento está a 900m do rio Tejo e a 500m da Praça de Império. Em Belém, estão os principais monumentos ligados à época dos Descobrimentos Portugueses, incontornável na cultura portuguesa. Foi na praia de Belém que partiram as naus do navegador Vasco da Gama à descoberta do caminho marítimo para a Índia e em todo o lado se respira a grandeza do outrora império, como um dos ex-libris da cidade, o Mosteiro dos Jerónimos e a Torre de Belém, ambos património Mundial da Humanidade. Na Praça do Império tem, também, o Padrão dos Descobrimentos e vários Museus; dos Coches, da Marinha, da Arqueologia, do Combatente, da Electricidade, da Arte Popular, o Planetário Calouste Gulbenkian e o Centro Cultural de Belém que oferecem actividades culturais diversificadas. A par das ofertas culturais, as actividades de lazer e desportivas são múltiplas e próximas do apartamento; caminhadas e observação da flora e fauna no parque florestal de Monsanto, caminhadas ao longo de rio Tejo onde se encontram monumentos, museus, cafés, restaurantes, parques infantis e que termina, em 45m a pé ou 8m de comboio, no centro histórico de Lisboa (Cais do Sodré e Praça do Comércio). Praias estão próximas e de fácil acesso, tanto de carro como de transportes públicos. A magnífica gastronomia portuguesa tem o seu ponto alto nos famosos pastéis de Belém, que fazem as delícias dos lisboetas e nos restaurantes com peixe e mariscos na Praça do Império e ao longo do rio Tejo. Fácil, é também praticar desportos em Lisboa, sobretudo os ligados ao rio.
