Description

This property is situated at one of the highest points in Lisbon and enjoys a spectacular scenic view over the river. To get to this 4ht floor elevatorless penthouse (there are no other flats on the same floor) you will have to climb four flights of stairs but the reward is worth it. Natural wood floors, granite finishings, deck type lighting an outside terrace plus windows surrounding the entire flat (there are more windows than walls) provides loads of natural light making the space absolutely unique. The location is 10 min walk to Alfama and Santa Apolónia train station (if you are not a walker a car may be recommended) and although not fully central it is still close enough to get to most attractions by foot. The flip-side is you can wake up to chirping birds as if in the country. The flat is fully equipped with all that you need for a very comfortable stay with lots of PRIVACY!

Martin and companian had a 10 day stay at my flat in Lisboa and I can say that they are fully recommended.
