Welcome to the historic district of Lisbon! The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Anjos one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Lisbon. An apartment on the 1st floor just remodel and parking in the surrounding area. A very calm place in the center of the city! Central as many hits. Very central with many accesses.
The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Angels one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Lisbon. The extinct Parish of Anjos, now part of the parish of Arroios, was born in 1147. Few traces remain from this time due to the large earthquake and tsunami of 1755 that devastated the entire city of Lisbon. In 1755 the Anjos suffered enormous devastation in their buildings leading to many stalls, where the name of our street came, and new roads.
With an area of 30m2, the apartment, is fully furnished, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed with a fully equipped kitchenette with many utensils, fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven -Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, iron, ironing board, radio and television. It has even cleaner, dryer, Wi-Fi (free).
Accessibility is the strong point of our house, since we are only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, and a 5-minute walk from Avenida Almirante Reis where is located the Metro station dos Anjos (green line) and the stops the 208 bus (East Station - Cais do Sodre), 708 (Parque das Nações - Martim Moniz), 712 (Marques de Pombal - Santa Apolonia / Alcantara Mar Station), 736 (Alameda D. Afonso Henriques - Cais do Sodré). On the other hand we are close to Martim Moniz where there is the famous 28 tram.
Rich in restaurants, traditional shops, supermarkets, Fado houses, cafes and pharmacies.
Near the apartment are located a taxi, subway, bus and train station / Metro Rossio that you can take to Sintra and Cascais.
Since we are in the heart of the city you can walk the narrow streets of neighborhoods and discover the main attractions of the city that are just around the corner such as the Castelo de São Jorge, Rossio Square, the Palace Square, Baixa-Chiado , Bairro Alto, Alfama.
Come and feel the only way to live the Lisboeta.
