Description

Chiado 8 is a deluxe apartment. A duplex unit, renovated in 2015, extremely spacious, well equipped (A/C in all rooms), refined, comfortable and bright. Location, layout, superb decoration and equipment put this apartment on top of the existing offer in Lisbon.

Flat occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people with full comfort.

On the lower floor you will find the social area, with a huge living room and dinning area, a second TV and reading room, a well equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (no shower).

On the upper floor you will find the private area. First bedroom is a generous suite, with a king size bed, reading and resting area and private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have nice areas, all with large closets and refined decor.

Entire apartment is a strictly non smoking unit. Chiado 8 is designed for guests who want to stay in the heart of town in a luxury environment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
