Description

Alfama 4 is located at 70, Remedios Street, in the historical and picturesque Alfama quarter, oldest and most genuine neighbourhood of Lisbon.

The quarter is known for its narrow streets, steps up and down, alleys and small squares full of life, restaurants, bars, local stores and most ypical Fado houses.

Fado music can be listened in almost every nearby restaurant and the Fado Museum is only 3 minutes away.

The flat is close to several touristic points of interest. Comercio Square and Baixa quarter are about 15 minutes walking distance. Area is well served with buses and Santa Apolonia metro station is less then 10 minutes away.

Alfama 4 is on the second floor (no lift) of an old building recently fully refurbished.

Renovation was complete and carefully accomplished: pre-existing old materials were incorporated with the new, adding personality to the apartment. Noble old wood as well as stone and iron elements stand out in graciously harmony. Decoration is sober in a modern rustic style with most features you would find in a recent apartment.

The apartment can accommodate with full comfort up to 6 people. It is composed of a large open space from the large living room and dinning area to the modern and very well equipped kitchen.

There are 3 separated bedrooms: one suite with private bathroom and a double bed (2 mattresses); a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a third with a bunk bed of 2 sinle beds.

A second full bathroom with a tub and a long exterior balcony complete the flat.

Alfama 4 is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want a quality very spacious apartment right in the centre of the most picturesque quarter of Lisbon.

How do damage deposits work?
