Description

Quinta das Acacias cottages are 4 self catered cottages and 2 apartments in the same property, separated by gardens with pathways of sculptural art. Each cottages is fully equipped for your short or longer term stays. We invite all guests to enjoy the property!

Cottage #6 is a detached cottage with 1 bedroom (option of 2 single beds -90 cm x 190 cm or king bed- (180 cm x 190 cm ) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Extra 2 single beds in the living area.

Parking is near of the house. BBQ and lounging area next to the house in the garden.

Getting around

Guests can take the local bus, call a taxi or rent a car. The taxi and bus will limit what you can do in the way of walking the trails or stopping when ever you want to eat or view areas. We have secured special discounted rates with a major car rental company for the past 6 years for our guests to benefit. Ask us about the rates for your dates as soon as you reserve-limited vehicles on the island.

The quote does not include the final cleaning of 95 euros. This can be paid in cash at checkin. We meet, greet, and orientate the guests . We live on the property to help at any time.

“Paradise found”

We stayed in cottage #6 for a week. Accommodation & appliances were good, location was excellent, conveniently near to the highway leading to Punta Delgada, the airport or the nearest supermarket in a few minutes (but very well protected from any nuisance such as traffic noise), but on top of that, we will never forget the heavenly garden, and most of all the kindness and hospitality of our guests, Bonita & Ed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Bonita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
