Description
Beautiful 5 star luxury converted holiday barn. Stunning sea views from your lounge and decking of both Llanaber and Barmouth beach and coastline along the peninsular. Only 2 miles to the Victorian holiday town of Barmouth.
The Wales coastal Path is within sight. Cader Idris and Snowdon mountains, the Mawddach trail, Coed-y-Brenin mountain biking centre and walking along the drovers paths (gold mines and lots of history abound) all nearby.
The cottage has underfloor heating, dishwasher,washer/dryer, digital TV, DVD players, CD player, reclineable 3 seater leather sofa (2 reclines), dining table, king sized bed with memory foam mattress, full sized cooker, tall fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and alarm clock.
Free WiFi.
This cottage has a luxury wet room. Please note there is no bath.
Pets +£25 per break
We welcome bookings for 1 to 28 days, however Short break nightly rates are higher than the weekly per night rate.

Response from the manager We are graded by Visit Wales (The welsh Tourist Board) as 5 stars. The comment that we have graded ourselves is a incorrect. It's very normal to have our own website to advertise our holiday barns! We do currently have a cracked tile, but cannot change this as it involves possibly damaging the underfloor heating and we do not want to cancel anyones holiday - it will be fixed next time the holiday barn is empty for a few days (December/January). There is a cleaning utensil cupboard, but people seem to like having the mop readily available in the wetroom (this is a customer directed position, not my personal preference). Until this review, we had very good reviews from everyone and a 64% returning visitors rate (2017). We do clearly state that it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, it is a local train line with trains every 2 hours on average with a max speed of 30mph and only a few on Sundays. I ride my horse along the road, so can assure you that it is not that busy and has a 40mph speed limit. The elevated position gives us a view of the whole bay from the lounge and every clear night gives an amazing sunset - unfortunately it was cloudy when this customer stayed. Dogs are very welcome and are definitely allowed out, however they do need to be under control and not allowed to attack our free range animals. There is no 'dog play area' because we have the beach opposite and miles of walks on Drovers paths and All Wales Coastal path in sight! We are booked solid most of the year and bend over backwards to try and makes peoples holidays enjoyable. Unfortunately this customer arrived upset about features that had been assumed and could not be satisfied.
